Nautobot Cloud Platform Update v2.4.0 Jul 23, 2026 00:00-02:00 UTC
We are rolling out platform infrastructure updates starting end of July. Each customer will receive individual scheduling for their brief maintenance window.
This update includes:
- The ability to self-service customize your Nautobot instances with: custom apps from PyPI or via uploaded packages, pip dependencies, and static files
- Designate Nautobot instances as PROD or NON-PROD to isolate database workloads based on environment
- Various enhancements and bug fixes
For most customers, this update should have no visible service impact during the maintenance window. Your Nautobot instances will continue running normally, and we've designed the rollout process to minimize any potential disruption. We'll coordinate directly with you to schedule a maintenance window that works best for your team.
