We are rolling out platform infrastructure updates between February and early March. Each customer will receive individual scheduling for their brief maintenance window.
This update delivers enhanced reliability and performance improvements across the platform, with particular focus on improving the experience for customers using custom worker queues. This update also includes routine patches to internal services and tooling to improve our operational efficiency while maintaining the same high level of service.
For most customers, this update should have no visible service impact during the maintenance window. Your Nautobot instances will continue running normally, and we've designed the rollout process to minimize any potential disruption. We'll coordinate directly with you to schedule a maintenance window that works best for your team.
